Ocean City Fire Rescue, Inc. has applied to have the unregistered trademark "Ocean City Fire Rescue" registered as of 9 May 2007.
We have been assigned application serial number 77177124 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Although Ocean City Fire Rescue, Inc. has been using the unregistered trademark since August of 2004, we felt it best to further secure our rights.
